恩施州打造富硒牌助推茶产业发展的思考--以花枝茶为例

摘　　要：对富硒花枝茶相关发展环境和特点进行了分析,阐述了恩施土家族苗族自治州打造富硒牌,助推茶产业具有的良好基础,指出了进一步发展硒茶产业存在的问题,如硒茶新产品开发和品牌建设不足、规模以上龙头企业少、质量标准体系不完善、专业人才缺乏等,提出了制定硒茶产业品牌建设战略规划、加强硒茶科研工作、打造硒茶大品牌、强化科技支撑大服务等发展对策。Through analyzing the relative environment and characters for developing the Se-rich flowers tea,as well as elabo- rating the good foundation for building Se-rich brand and boosting tea industry in Enshi,problems for the further development of Se-rich tea industry were pointed out,such as insufficient of the new Se-rich tea product development and brand construc- tion,lack of above-scale leading enterprises,imperfection of quality standard system,and lack of skilled professionals. Accord- ingly the development measures such as formulating strategic plans for the brand construction of Se-rich tea industry,improv- ing the Se-rich tea scientific research,building a big brand of Enshi Se-rich tea and strengthening a large service of technol- ogy support were put forward.
