摘 要:为了比较烟梗、烟末打浆度对造纸法再造烟叶基片结构的影响,比较了PFI磨浆对烟梗、烟末纤维形态以及基片物理指标的影响。结果显示,随着磨浆转速的提高,烟梗、烟末打浆度也提高,浆料湿重、平均纤维长度、宽度、粗度和卷曲指数都有不同程度地降低;随着烟末打浆度的提高,基片抗张强度呈升高趋势,厚度、松厚度及透气度等均下降;随着烟梗打浆度的提高,基片抗张强度先升高后下降,厚度、透气度呈下降趋势,松厚度先下降后上升;整体上,烟末对基片厚度、松厚度影响较大,烟梗对基片抗张强度影响较大,二者对透气度都有影响。In order to compare the effect of beating degree of tobacco stem and powder on base sheet structure of reconstitut- ed tobacco, the influence of PFI refining on fiber morphology and physical index of base sheet were investigated. The results showed that the beating degree of tobacco stem and powder increased with the increasing rotate of refining; the wet weight, fiber length, fiber width, coarseness and curl were decreased in different extent. With the increase of beating degree of to- bacco powder, the tensile strength increased and the thickness, bulk and air permeability decreased. With the increase of beating degree of tobacco stem, the tensile strength firstly increased and then decreased; thickness and air permeability de- creased; bulk firstly decreased and then increased. The thickness and bulk of base sheet was obviously affected by tobacco powder; while the tensile strength was affected by tobacco stem; and the air permeability was affected by both.
