城市新区土地利用效益研究——以长春南部都市开发区为例

摘　　要：在评价土地利用效益经典指标数据不全的特殊情况下,构建了评价指标体系,以长春南部都市开发区为例,将研究区与东三省其他典型城市新区进行对比,利用现有数据,进行了城市新区土地利用效益的综合性研究。结果表明,城市新区的土地利用效益评价方法应与成熟的城市土地利用效益研究方法有所不同;长春市南部都市开发区的经济效益及综合效益偏低,但社会效益和生态效益尚可。In the special case of having incomplete classical-indicators,the evaluation index system was constructed. Taking new urban development zones in Southern Changchun as an example,the comparison was made between the study area and other typical new urban development zones in Northeast China. Then,combined with existing data,the comprehensive study on land use efficiency of the new urban development zone ,which is still in the initial stage ,was carried out. The results showed that the study on land use efficiency of the new urban development zones should be different from the mature study on land use efficiency of the cities. And the social and ecological benefits of the study area are acceptable,while the economic and comprehensive benefits are poor.
