摘 要:分别以间苯三酚(THB)和二氯甲基芳烃为单体,无水ZnCl_2为催化剂合成了含氧超高交联树脂TX和TC。通过红外光谱分析、比表面积测定、热重分析、扫描电镜等手段对其结构和形貌进行了表征,研究了两种树脂对苯酚和苯胺的吸附性能。表征结果表明,该树脂为醚键型无定型态聚合物。两种树脂对苯酚的吸附为放热过程,对苯胺的吸附为吸热过程。对苯酚和苯胺的吸附动力学曲线均符合准二级动力学模型。树脂中存在的氧原子可以与苯酚和苯胺形成氢键作用,有利于其对苯酚和苯胺的吸附。The oxygen-containing hypercrosslinked resin TX and TC have been prepared using 1,3,5-trihydroxybenzene (THB) and dichloromethyl aromatic compound as reaction monomers and anhydrous ZnC12 as catalyst. Their chemical structures and mieromorphology were characterized by FT-IR, BET, TGA and SEM methods. The adsorption properties of as-prepared resins for phenol and aniline were also investigated. The results showed that the resins were amorphous polymer with ether bond. The adsorption process of phenol was exothermic and the adsorption process of aniline was endothermic. The Pseudo-second-order kinetic adsorption equation can describe the adsorption behavior of phenol and aniline on the resins. The oxygen existing in the resin can form hydrogen bond with phenol and aniline, which is conducive to the adsorption of phenol and aniline.
