摘 要:基于科技创新驱动产出、科技创新驱动效益、科技创新驱动资源、科技创新驱动支撑等4个子系统创建科技创新驱动能力评价指标体系。采用熵值修正G1法的主客观组合赋权方法及可拓综合评价方法,从纵向与横向两个视角,运用可拓综合评价法对福州市科技创新驱动能力进行全面综合评价。评价结果表明:6年间福州市的科技创新驱动能力综合指数呈现上升趋势,但存在创新创业能力不足、科技成果转化能力较低、科技服务水平较差等问题。对此提出相应的对策建议。Based on the four subsystems of science and technology innovation-driven output, science and technology innovation-driven benefit, science and technology innovation-driven resource and science and technology innovation-driven support, the index system of driving ability evaluation of science and technology innovation is established. This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the driving ability of science and technology innovation in Fuzhon by using Extension Comprehensive Evaluation Method from the vertical and horizontal perspective.The results show that the composite index of science and technology innovation driving ability of Fuzhou has a tendency of rising, but there are some problems such as lack of innovation ability, low ability of scientific and technological achievements transformation, and poor level of science and technology service. The paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
