跨境电子商务市场在“羊群效应”下的演化趋势及对策

摘　　要：基于"羊群效应"建立企业跨境电子商务采纳行为演化模型,使用网络仿真的方法,通过调整网络参数,模拟不同情况下跨境电子商务市场的最终演化方向,得到企业在不同演化趋势中相应实施的发展策略。研究结果表明,针对不同的市场演化趋势,有选择地遵循"羊群效应"才是企业的科学决策。最后,分别从企业与政府层面提出在不同演化趋势下实施跨境电子商务发展策略的建议。This paper builds up an evolution trend model of the enterprise behavior in the adoption of cross- border e-commerce. The simulation study indicates that the final evolvement directions were different according to different network parameters, and the different development strategies were provided for the enterprises according to the different evolvement directions. The results show that herb behavior should be selectively implemented in the enterprise strategy selection for the different evolvement directions. At last, the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce for both enterprises and government by different conditions.
