摘 要:T形多分支管依据油水的密度差异进行油水分离,具有集约、连续、经济等优点。对T形多分支管中的流速及相分布进行数值模拟,结果表明:较大的混合流速不利于油、水在分支管间的稳定沉降,分离效率随着混合流速的增大而减小;分离效率与分流比有关,在与入口含油体积分数对等的分流比(即含油体积分数为40%时,分流比为4∶6)窄区间,具有较高的分离效率。为了保证T形多分支管后续的污水处理工艺能够顺利实施,推荐油水出口分流比要略大于理论分流比。分支管数目的增多,可以多元化改变分支管内的油水流动方向,为油、水提供更多的分流通道,促进循环及分离。T-shaped multi-limbed tubes separate oil and water according to their density difference, having advantages of terseness, coherence and economy. The numerical simulation of the flow velocity and phase distribution in T-shaped multi-limbed tubes is conducted, and its results show that a higher mixture flow velocity is adverse to off water stable settlement among branch tubes, and the separation efficiency decreases with the increase of mixture flow velocity; the separation efficiency is related to the split ratio, the separation efficiency is relatively high in the split ratio narrow section that is the same as the inlet oil volume fraction (namely the oil volume fraction is 40% and the split ratio is 4 : 6), and to ensure the smooth implementation of the subsequent wastewater treatment process of T-shaped multi-limbed tubes, the split ratio of the oil-water outlet is recommended slightly larger than the theoretical value. The increase of branch tube number can change in diversity the oil-water flow direction in branch tubes, afford more diffluent branch channels for oil and water and promote circulation and separation.
