摘 要:大庆油田外围某压裂区块含压裂液的采出水经处理后不能稳定达标,尤其是悬浮固体不达标问题较为突出。为改进现有采出水处理工艺,对压裂采出水的基本性质进行了监测分析,并对压裂返排液、压裂采出水、普通采出水三种水质的分离特性进行了对比试验。试验结果表明:压裂采出水沉降分离难度高于普通水驱采出水,需加强分离措施以提高其分离效果;过滤技术对压裂采出水悬浮固体的去除效果明显;离心分离技术对压裂采出水的处理效果虽然较好,但需考虑处理规模、建设投资、运行维护费用等因素;气浮技术对压裂采出水中的含油及悬浮固体都有较明显的去除作用,含油的去除率在73.4℅以上,悬浮固体的去除率在63.6℅以上,可考虑工业化应用。After treating the produced water containing Fracturing fluid cannot reach the standard stably in a Fracturing area in the peripheral oilfield of Daqing, and the no compliance problem of suspended solids is especially obvious. Experimental results show that the settling separation of Fracturing produced water is more difficult than that of ordinary water-flooding produced water, so separation measures should be strengthened to improve the separation effect; the filtration technology has obvious effect on the removal oFsuspended solids From Fracturing produced water; the centrifugal separation technology has a better effect on the Fracturing produced water, but the treatment scale, construction investment, operation and maintenance cost and other Factors should be considered; the air flotation technology has obvious effect on the removal of oil and suspended solids, the removal rate of oil content and suspended solids is more than 73. 4% and 63. 6% separately, which can be considered to apply in industry.
