摘　　要：MSA(测量系统分析)是独立于实际检测过程中五种基本质量因素——人、机器、材料、操作方法和环境之外的第六种影响结果的基本质量因素。纺织品的透湿性能检测判定作为一个完整的检测判定工序,进行了相关的测量系统分析研究,通过研究对测量系统进行了系统的评价,在实际工作中能够对该检测项目进行有效、及时的评估。MSA （measurement system analysis） is the sixth independent basic quality factors influencing the actual testing process including people, machines, materials, methods of operation and environment. The moisture permeability of textiles determination as a complete detection decision process, this paper has analyzed the related measurement system, from the research of MSA, the ability of the test items were effective and timely evaluation in practical work.
