摘  要:紫金矿业集团股份有限公司某铜矿选矿厂由于工艺流程简单,导致铜精矿品位较低且不稳定。为了实现现场铜精矿指标的改善并稳定生产过程,在分析了矿石性质和现场磨矿产品中硫化矿物解离情况的基础上,对发现的现场工艺问题进行了研究和改造。结果表明,在铜精选作业前增设搅拌作业,以强化调整剂与铜粗精矿的作用时间;同时将原三槽浮选机进行1次精选改为2次精选(精选1作业用2个浮选槽,精选2作业用1个浮选槽),可在原矿铜品位从0.457%明显下降至0.358%的情况下,将铜精矿铜品位从20.40%提高至25.54%,铜回收率小幅下降主要由原矿铜品位下降造成。此次改造每年可为企业创造1 374.33万元的经济效益。该项技改成果具有显著的推广应用价值。Due to the simple process flow,the grade of copper concentrate from a copper ore dressing plant in Zijin Mining Group Co.,is low and unstable.In order to improve the index of copper concentrate and stable production process on site,and based on the analysis of the ore properties and sulfide minerals dissociation in on-site grinding products,the process issue found on site are researched and optimized.The results show that the addition of mixing operation in copper cleaning operation can strengthen the effect of adjusting agent and rough copper concentrate. Meanwhile,one-stage cleaning at the original three flotation cells becomes two-stage( two cells for concentrate one,one cell for concentrate two).By this process,for the raw copper ore with copper grade of 0.358% dropped from 0.457%,copper concentrate grade is increased from 20.40% to 25.54%,and the slightly lower recovery of copper is mainly due to the lower grade of raw ore.This optimization can create 13.7433 million yuan economic benefits for enterprises. Therefore,this technical optimizaton has a significant value of popularization and application.
