摘　　要：非正式组织是指人们在活动中自发形成的,未经任何权力机构承认或批准而形成的组织,其最早由美国管理学家梅奥通过"霍桑实验"提出。高校学生是高校的重要组成部分,同样存在着游离于高校正式组织之外,由于兴趣、爱好、思想观念相同或相近等原因而自发地结合在一起的非正式组织。这些非正式组织的和谐稳定,将直接影响到高校的和谐稳定发展。The informal organization refers to the people in the spontaneous activities in the form of the form without the admission or approval of any authority organization,the first by American management expert Hawthorne proposed by the Mayo experiment. For college students is an important part of University,there is also flee in the formal organization,because of interest,hobbies,the same ideas The informal organizations,which are closely combined with each other,will directly affect the harmonious and stable development of colleges and Universities.
