摘　　要：生物化学作为生命科学领域的基础学科,在生物工程、医学、食品科学、农学等多个专业具有重要作用。但目前生物化学课程教学体系存在诸多不足,比如内容广泛、抽象概念和机理多、理论与实践融合难,使学生在学习中缺乏兴趣和热情从而极大影响了教学效果,也给生物化学教学工作带来了压力。"翻转课堂"教学模式已成为全球教育界关注的焦点。As the basic subject in life science field,biochemistry play an important roles in biotechnology,medical science,food science and agronomy etc. But, there are deficiencies in Biochemistry course system,There are many teaching content and abstract conception and mechanism in biochemistry,it is difficult to comprehend and remember the theoretical knowledge and it is also hard to digest theory and practice. All those of characteristics of biochemistry has wore down the interesting and passion of students and bring a certain of pressure to the biochemical teachiug.＂Flipped classroom＂ teaching model has become the focus of global education.
