摘　　要：依据党的十八大报告提出的"海洋强国"的战略目标,以涉海翻译人才服务区域海洋经济发展为宗旨,对涉海翻译人才服务区域海洋经济发展所起的作用进行分析,探究涉海翻译人才服务区域海洋经济发展的举措,旨在构建涉海翻译人才服务区域海洋经济发展的模式,以促进区域海洋经济发展,为地方区域经济服务。On the basis of＂marme power＂ strategic objective proposed in the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with marine-related translation talents＇ service for regional marine economy development for the purpose,the essay analyzes marine-related translation talents＇ service role on regional marine economy development and explores the marine-related translation talents＇ service initiatives for regional ,narine economy development to construct marine-related translation talents＇ service mode for regional marine economy development,aiming at promoting the regional marine economy development and serving the local regional economy.
