摘  要:为了研究猪精子在17℃保存时不同渗透压对精子质量、畸形率的影响,试验添加不同剂量的葡萄糖控制稀释液的渗透压,用迈朗全自动精子质量检测仪检测猪精子质量指标及畸形率。结果表明:在多数项目上,无论是保存时间还是质量参数(精子活率、精子活力、路径速度等),渗透压268,368 m Osmol/kg的2,3组都明显优于渗透压183,400 m Osmol/kg的1,4组。说明猪精子在等渗和适当高渗情况下有利于保存。To study the effect of different osmotic pressures on sperm quality and deformity rate at 17℃,in this experiment different proportions of glucose were added to controll diluents' osmotic pressure, and boar sperm quality and deformity rate were determined by using Mailang auto- matic sperm quality detector. The experimental data showed that, both the preservation time and the quality parameters (sperm motility rate, sperm motility, path velocity, etc)in group 2 and 3 (with osmotic pressure of 268 and 368 mOsmol/kg respectively)were obviously better than those in group 1 and 4 (with osmotic pressure of 183 and 400 m Osmol/kg each). Those results demonstrated that iso-osmotic pressure or slightly high - osmotic pressure were beneficial to the preservation of pig sperm.
