摘  要:为探讨钙抑制剂异搏定对植物耐盐碱胁迫能力的影响,试验采用实验室模拟方法研究了玉米幼苗在盐碱胁迫以及CaCl_2存在条件下,钙抑制剂异搏定对玉米幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:在低浓度盐碱胁迫条件下钙抑制剂异搏定使玉米幼苗叶片MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);高浓度盐碱胁迫条件下的MDA含量除首次外,均显著降低(P<0.05),CaCl_2在盐碱胁迫条件下与钙抑制剂异搏定具有颉颃作用。说明一定浓度的钙抑制剂异搏定具有缓解植物盐碱胁迫伤害的作用。To research the effect of the calcium inhibitor verapamil on plants to lerance under saline - alkaline stress,laboratory simulation meth- od was adopted and,with maize seedlings treated by verapamil the MDA(malondialdehyde) contents in maize seedlings leaves were measured under saline - alkaline stress and in the presence of CaCl2. The results suggested that the contents of MDA were significantly decreased under low saline - alkaline concentration( P 〈 0.05 ) , and also was significantly decreased under high saline - alkaline concentration ( P 〈 0.05 ) except the first measurement. CaCl2 had an antagonistic effect with the calcium inhibitor verapamil under saline - alkaline stress. The results concluded that verapamil in a certain concentration range could alleviate the saline - alkaline damage to plants.
