摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对腹膜透析患者容量负荷、营养状况以及预后生活质量的影响效果。方法选取200例腹膜透析患者随机均分为2组,对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施综合护理干预,对比2组容量负荷、护理前后营养状况及生活质量,并统计患者出院6个月后透析相关并发症发生情况。结果干预组患者血压(收缩压、舒张压、平均压)、体质量低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者降压药物种类及片数与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组血清白蛋白、血红蛋白指标水平及生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者出院3个月后透析相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于减轻腹膜透析患者的容量负荷,并能预防并发症发生,提高生活质量,改善营养状况。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on improving the ca- pacity load, nutritional status and quality of life of patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods A total of 200 patients underwent peritoneal dialysis were selected as study subjects. According to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into control group （n = 100） with routine nursing and in- tervention group （n = 100） with comprehensive nursing intervention. Capacity load, nutritional status before and after care and quality of life were compared, and related complications after 6 months of discharge were analyzed. Results The blood pressure （systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pres- sure, mean pressure） and body mass of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; There was no significant difference in the type and numbers of antihypertensive drugs between the intervention group and the control group （P 〉 0.05 ） ; The scores of serum albumin, hemoglobin level and quality of life in the intervention group were higher, and the incidence of compli- cations was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehen- sive care intervention for peritoneal dialysis patients can reduce its capacity load, prevent complica- tions, improve quality of life and nutritional status.
