探究护理管理工作中使用人性化护理服务模式的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理管理工作中运用人性化护理模式的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年6月—2017年1月收治的50例入院治疗患者作为临床研究对象,随机平均的将其分成每组25人的观察组与对照组,对照组患者在临床护理中行常规护理、观察组患者则在常规护理基础上开展人性化护理服务模式,然后比较临床护理效果。结果:在焦虑值、抑郁值的比较中,观察组明显比对照组低;在护理质量与护理满意度比较中,观察组明显比对照组高,且P<0.05,数据差异具有可比性。结论:在患者的护理中,积极的运用人性化护理模式,将消除患者的负面情绪、提高护理质量及满意评价程度等,因此值得广泛推广使用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing mode in the image nursing management. Methods： 50 cases of imaging examination of patients in our hospital from June 2016 -2017 year in January as the clinical research object, were randomly divided into the observation group of 25 people in each group with the control group. Results： in the ohservation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the P is less than 0.05, the difference of data comparability. Conclusion： improve the quality of care and satisfaction evaluation, so it is widely used.
