摘　　要：目的:了解国内外乳管内病变最新诊疗技术,并预想其今后诊疗走向。方法:查阅近五年内国内外相关文献了解并总结乳管内病变的最新诊疗技术,同时对其提出疑问和改进。结果:目前对乳管内诊断和治疗仍存在不足,乳管镜联合细胞学检查对其今后的诊断和治疗有一定的帮助。结论:乳管镜联合细胞学检查对于早期乳管内病变的诊断和治疗有一定的帮助,极有可能将癌变扼杀在萌芽中。Objective To understand the latest diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions at home and abroad, and envision its future direction.Method To review and summarize the latest diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions within the past five years.At the same time put forward questions and improvements of them.Result At present, there are still some problems in the diagnosis and treatment of breast duct.And the breast duct endoscopy combined with Cytological examination is helpful to the diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion The breast duct endoscopy combined with Cytological examination is helpful to the early diagnosis and treatment.It is highly likely that the cancer will be nipped in the bud.
