摘  要:目的:探究低管电压、低浓度对比剂联合使用对头部CTA检查的可行性,总结临床经验。方法:针对40例患者使用常规电压和常规浓度对比剂进行头部CTA检查,并归为对照组,针对另外40例患者使用低管电压、低浓度对比剂进行头部CTA检查,并归为实验组,取得两组检查结果后对图像质量进行客观及主观评价,并且记录各组辐射剂量后进行统计学分析,从而评价实验组检查的可行性。结果:两组CT检查测量结果无明显差异;比较两组图像质量评分可见,其均未出现较差的图像质量,组间其他数据比较无明显差异,P>0.05则说明差异不明显。但比较两组辐射剂量可见,实验组辐射剂量相对较小,同时两组比较存在明显差异,P<0.05则说明差异明显。结论:低管电压、低浓度对比剂联合使用对头部CTA检查的可行性分析发现,其能够获得和常规检查方法相应的检查效果,同时减少了对于患者产生的辐射剂量,具有较好的可行性,因此值得临床借鉴。Objecttves To investigate theeffectiveness and feasibility of using the protocol with low tube voltage and low contrast material at head-and-neck computed tomography angiography. Methods Eighty-patients were divided into two protocols artificially. In protocol A, the patients underwent conventional scan with 140KV/100KV and contrast media with a concentration of 370mgI/ml, while contrast media with a concentration of 270mgI/ml, Was used in protocol B with 140KV/80KV. We compared the image quality, radiation dose and the effective iodine amount of the two protocols. Results:The image quality was the same between A and B (P〈0.05), The radiation dose and iodine amount were lower the groupA than the group B (P〈0.05). Conclusions Application of the low tube voltage and low contrast material at head-and- neck CTA was feasible and had an important clinical value
