摘　　要：目的:探讨磁共振高分辨率T2WI及DWI成像对直肠癌术前诊断及分期的价值,以指导直肠癌的个体化治疗。方法:选取直肠癌患者48例,术前均采用高分辨T2WI及DWI成像检查,分析术前MRI-TN分期与病理TN分期的一致性和相关性。结果:MRI术前T分期与病理T分期具有较强的一致性和相关性。结论:磁共振高分辨率T2WI联合DWI可以较准确地对直肠癌进行术前诊断和TN分期并能有效评估直肠癌对周围的侵犯程度。Objective To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the preoperative diagnosis and staging of rectal cancer with high resolution T2WI and DWI, so as to guide the individual treatment for patient with rectal cancer. Methods Selection of 48 cases of patients with rectal cancer, preoperative adopts high resolution T2WI and DWI imaging can analysis preoperative MRI - TN staging and pathologic TN staging of consistency and relevance.Results Strong concordance and relevance ofT-staging ofrectal cancers were found between pre-operative MRI and pathological examinations. Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis and TN staging of rectal cancer can he more accurate by using high resolution magnetic resonance imaging of T2WIand DWI. MRI had proven its effectiveness in assessment of the extent of rectal cancer extramural invasion.
