摘　　要：目的:探讨64排螺旋CT诊断胃肠道间质瘤的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的21例胃肠道间质瘤患者,分别给予患者常规诊断和64排螺旋CT诊断,对两种诊断方法的准确性进行观察对比。结果:64排螺旋CT术前定位诊断准确率与定性诊断准确率均高于常规诊断,P<0.05。<0.05。结论:64排螺旋CT诊断胃肠道间质瘤的临床应用价值较高,能够为病情诊断和后续治疗提供有效依据,临床推广意义显著。Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods 21 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors were selected in our hospital. The patients underwent routine diagnosis and 64 slice spiral CT diagnosis. The accuracy of the two diagnostic methods was observed and compared. Results The accuracy of location diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis of 64 slice spiral CT preoperative diagnosis were higher than those of routine diagnosis（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical value of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors is high, which can provide an effective basis for the diagnosis and follow-up treatment. The clinical significance of promotion is significant.
