摘  要:目的:探讨灰阶超声检查在甲状腺占位性病变诊断的价值。方法:2015年2月到2017年3月选择在我院诊治的甲状腺占位性病变患者160例作为研究对象,所有患者都给予二维灰阶超声,记录超声特征,并判断诊断价值。结果:160例患者中超声诊断为良性甲状腺占位性病变140例,恶性甲状腺占位性病变20例;恶性甲状腺占位性病变的病变部位形态不规则、恶性甲状腺占位病变多呈垂直位生长、边界不清晰、无侧方声影、回声衰减、内部回声不均匀、微钙化等比例明显高于良性甲状腺占位性病变患者(P<0.05)。病理诊断为恶性甲状腺占位性病变22例,良性甲状腺占位性病变138例,为此灰阶超声检查在甲状腺占位性病变诊断的敏感性与特异性为100.0%和90.9%。结论:灰阶超声检查在甲状腺占位性病变诊断的具有很好的影像学特征,诊断敏感性与特异性比较高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the value of gray-scale ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid lesions. Methods From February 2015 to March 2017, 160 patients with thyroid lesions were selected as the subjects. All patients were given two-dimensional grayscale ultrasound, and the ultrasonographic features were recorded and the diagnostic value was judged. Results 160 patients with ultrasound diagnosis of benign thyroid lesions in 140 cases, malignant thyroid lesions in 20 cases; Malignant thyroid lesions of the lesion site irregularities, the border is not clear, no side acoustic shadow, echo attenuation, internal echo uneven, microcalcification ratio was significantly higher than benign thyroid lesions(P〈0.05).Pathological diagnosis of malignant thyroid lesions in 22 cases, 138 cases of benign thyroid lesions, the gray-scale ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid lesions in the sensitivity and specificity of 100.0% and 90.9%. Conclusion Gray-scale ultrasonography has a good imaging feature in the diagnosis of thyroid occupying lesions. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are relatively high, which is worthy of popularization and application.
