摘  要:针对微电网存在较大传输损耗的问题,文中提出了一种适用于光伏、风力发电的微电网日前调度模型。该模型在满足各种约束条件的情况下,以最小化风机、光伏电池、储能单元和燃气轮机的发电成本及运行成本的总和为目标。同时,由于微电网日前调度是一个混合整数非线性问题,提出了一种随机最优近邻PSO算法,用于求解该多目标优化问题。最后,使用该算法对IEEE 9-bus系统进行仿真测试。实验结果表明,对于微电网的日前调度问题,提出的算法对微电网在正常和故障运行情况下均具有较高的可靠性。In order to address the huge transmission loss in microgrid, a new day-ahead scheduling model for microgrid with photovohaic cells and wind turbine units is proposed in this paper. The model aims at minimizing the sum of power generation costs and operating costs of wind turbines, photovoltaic cells, energy storage units and gas turbines while meeting a variety of constraints. At the same time, since the scheduling of microgrids is a mixed integer nonlinear problem, this paper proposes a random best neighbor PSO algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. Finally, the algorithm is used to simulate IEEE9-bus. The experimental results show that the proposed al- gorithm has high reliability for both micro-grid and normal operation in the event of micro-grid scheduling.
