摘  要:采用熔融沉积技术结合熔模铸造工艺进行了金属材质工艺品的铸造实践。使用熔融沉积技术打印PLA模样,焊接蜡质浇注系统与出气孔,挂砂后去掉蜡质出气孔端面外的型壳,高温蒸汽脱蜡,一次焙烧后脱掉PLA并补出气孔,获得完整型壳。浇注、清理后铸造出合格的金属工艺品。The casting practice of metal craft was carried out by using the fused deposition molding and investment casting. The PLA mold was printed by using the fused deposition molding. The wax pouring system and air hole were welded, and after sanding, the shell at the outside of wax vent hole's face air was removed. Then dewaxed under high temperature steam, took off PLA and fixed up the air hole after the first roasting, and the whole shell was obtained. After pouring and cleaning, a qualified metal crafts was casted.
