摘 要:为了满足深部高温地层、地热井等恶劣钻井工况的需要,提出大长径比螺旋曲面等壁厚金属定子衬套与转子啮合的方法。研究了金属定子衬套外高压成形方法。考虑摩擦润滑、管件尺寸、材料性能参数、加载压力和加载路径等参数,建立了大长径比螺旋曲面金属定子衬套外高压数值模型。对金属定子衬套外高压成形过程进行了模拟,提出了"壁厚相对误差、圆角贴模系数、成形质量系数"三项等壁厚金属定子衬套成形质量评价指标。并利用熵权法确定了各个评价指标的权重,获得各内径管件成形质量综合评价值。结果表明:采用外高压成形工艺可以获得大长径比螺旋曲面状金属定子衬套,在给定成形参数下,内径86 mm的管件成形质量最优。In order to meet the need of deep and high temperature stratum, geothermal well and other bad drilling conditions, a method for meshing the metal stator lining, which has equal wall thickness of a spiral surface and a large length-diameter ratio, and the rotor was proposed. The external high pressure forming method of metal stator lining was studied. Considering friction, lubrication, pipe sizes, material performance parameters, loading pressure, loading path and so on, an external high pressure numerical model of the helical curved surface metal stator lining with large length-diameter ratio was established. The external high pressure forming process of the metal stator lining was simulated. The three forming quality evaluation indexes of equal wall thickness metal linings (wall thickness relative error, round die sticking coefficient and forming quality coefficient) were put forward. The weight of each evaluation index was determined by entropy weight method. Comprehensive evaluation values of forming quality of each inner diameter pipe were obtained. The results show that: using external high pressure forming process can obtain spiral curved surface metal stator linings with large length-diameter ratio. Under the given forming parameters, the tubes with inner diameter of 86 mm have the best forming quality.
