摘 要:针对手工焊接作业效率低,焊接质量不稳定等问题,基于柔性设计夹具思想,设计了机械式精量穴播器腰带总成柔性焊装工作站,它由腰带夹具系统、鸭嘴-合页夹具系统、鸭嘴部件输送装置及PLC核心控制系统共同组成。本文重点介绍了腰带总成焊装系统、鸭嘴-合页分总成焊装系统以及控制系统的设计等。本工作站满足了不同尺寸类型的穴播器腰带总成焊装,解决了传统手工焊接定位不准确、换模时间长等问题,提高了焊装效率,为穴播器腰带规模化、标准化焊装生产提供了有力保障。In order to solve the low efficiency and instable quality of manual welding operation, a flexible welding assembly work station of mechanical precision dibbler belt was designed based on flexible clamp design theory. It was composed of belt clamping system, duckbill hinge clamping system, duckbill components delivery device and PLC core control system. The designs of belt assembly welding system, duckbill-hinge assembly welding system and control system were mainly introduced. This station meets the dibbler belt assembly welding with different sizes, and it solves the inaccurate positioning and long time for die change in traditional manual welding. It improves the welding efficiency, and provides strong guarantee for scale and standardization of welding production of dibbler belt.
