摘 要:参加室内空气中甲醛检测的能力验证实验,并针对结果报告进行分析。盲样按照甲醛检测作业指导书的步骤进行稀释,应用GB/T 18204.2-2014酚试剂分光光度法进行测定。能力验证结果显示:低浓度样品满意,高浓度样品不满意。从实验环境、实验用水、玻璃量器质量差异、标准溶液、稀释步骤和比色测定的影响因素等多方面进行了测定和分析,得知在确保实验环境无污染和实验用水本底值较低的情况下,选择优质的玻璃仪器及合适的稀释方法减少允差,使得补测盲样的实验结果满意。To participate in the ability validation experiment on the determination of formaldehyde in indoor air and analyze the report of results,the blind samples were diluted according to the work instructions(Standard operation procedure) of formaldehyde testing,and determined according to the phenol reagent spectrophotometric method of GB/T 18204.2-2014. The ability validation results showed that the low concentration sample was satisfied and the high concentration sample was not satisfied. The environment,water,difference of glassware quality,standard solution,dilution steps and influence factors in spectrophotometric method were determined and analyzed. It was demonstrated that under the condition which the environment was non-pollution,the background of water was low,the result of next blind sample was satisfied if choosing the better glass instruments and suitable dilution method to reduce tolerance.
