摘  要:受关键技术耐高温高压限制,海上稠油热采一直采用注采两趟管柱作业模式来进行注热和生产,既长期占用平台场地资源,又增加热采作业投资,且频繁洗压井影响热能利用率。为降低热采作业成本,提高热采整体经济效益,对海上多元热流体注采一体化关键技术的高温过电缆封隔器、井下安全阀、电缆穿越器等进行了技术攻关。该技术具有结构原理简单、技术性能突出及耐高温高压的特点,一体化注采管柱整体耐温为250℃,耐压为21.0 MPa,实现了注热、放喷、生产一体化作业要求,是一种低成本的热采工艺技术。该工艺为海上油田多元热流体注采一体化技术奠定了技术基础。Due to the limitation of high temperature and high pressure of key technology, two operation strings for injection and production are always used for heat injection and production in offshore heavy oil production, which occupy the platform space for a long time , increase operation investment and reduce heat utilization rate through frequent well flushing and well killing. In order to reduce operation cost in thermal recovery and improve overall economic efficiency of thermal recovery, technical issues of injection-production integrated technology with muhiple thetanal fluid for offshore heavy oil is solved including high temperature cross-wireline packer, downhole safety valve and wireline penetrator. This technology has advantages including simple structures and prineiples, excellent technical performance and high temperature high pressure resistance. Overall temperature resistance of the injection -production integrated string is 250 ℃ and the pressure resistance is 21.0 MPa, meeting the requirement for heat injection, blow off and integrated production operation. And it' s a cost effective thermal recovery technology, providing technical basis for injection-production integrated technology with multiple thermal fluid for offshore heavy oil field.
