摘　　要：SoLoMo模式在改变众多领域服务模式的同时,也对网络百科全书的服务产生了深刻影响。对比《不列颠百科全书》和《中国大百科全书》在SoLoMo模式下的服务情况,发现网络百科全书在社交网络、本地服务和移动终端方面还存在诸多问题。产生这些问题的深层原因在于运营人员缺乏互联网思维、移动出版利润低、数字版权保护力度不足,百科全书出版社可通过任用专业人才、探索新营利模式、采取主动措施保护版权的方式进行解决。The SoLoMo model has a profound impact on the services of online encyclopedia while changing the service patterns in many areas. By comparing the Encyclopedia Britannica and the Encyclopedia of China under the SoLoMo model, we find that Chinese and foreign online encyclopedia have many problems with respect to social network, local services, and mobile terminal. The underlying causes of these problems are lack of internet thinking among operational staff, low profit of mobile publishing, and lack of digital copyright protection. Encyclopedia press can address these issues by employing professionals, exploring new profit model, and actively engaging in the protection of copyright.
