军训话语中不礼貌策略的士兵身份建构机制

摘　　要：培养新兵的服从意识,建构其士兵身份是新兵军事训练的重要目标之一。军训话语中,教官的不礼貌策略属于一种工具性、机构性交际策略,可以强化教官的权势,促进新兵社会身份建构,这种身份建构机制包括削弱新兵的个体性身份特征、限制行动自由、强化集体身份意识、建构话语内身份和培养服从意识5个方面。One important goal of the military training is to cultivate recruits' obedience consciousness,thus constructing their social identity as soldiers. The identity construction is an external identification,which is to be achieved through external power and force. The power and impoliteness strategies in the military training communication interact with each other to construct recruits' new social identity. The recruits' identity-construction mechanism includes restricting freedom of action,intensifying collectivity,constructing discourse identity and fostering obedience consciousness. The impoliteness strategies in the military training discourse,which are to construct recruits' social identity through damaging their face,have instrumental and institutional characteristics.
