摘 要:本文介绍我校以工程教育认证为引导,对电气工程及其自动化专业进行应用型人才培养综合改革。针对该专业定位模糊、软硬件条件差、创新实践能力培养不足的问题,采取了明确专业特色、设立电气创新必修课、建立科技社团等措施,逐渐使电气工程专业找到了发展道路,取得了较好的人才培养效果。With the guidance of engineering education accreditation, the comprehensive reformation concerning the application-oriented talents cultivation for the electrical engineering and automation specialty is conducted in our u- niversity. According to the problems of the positioning fuzzy, the poor conditions of software and hardware and the lack of innovation and practice training, many measures have been adopted, such as defining specialty characteris- tics, setting the electrical innovation as compulsory course, establishing technology association, and so on. Then the development of the electrical specialty has been improved gradually. Meanwhile the sound effect in the talents cultivation has been obtained.
