一种自制防锈漆用于接地网电偶的防腐研究

摘　　要：以环氧树脂和多聚磷酸铝为主要试剂研制了一种新型亲水性环保底漆,具有防锈除锈的功能,同时还可以阻燃防火。将这种新型底漆用于直流输电工程的接地网电偶进行腐蚀防护研究,结果表明该新型防腐涂料具有施工简单、附着力强、耐高温等优点,能有效地防护接地网中电偶的化学、电化学和酸性土壤的腐蚀,显著延长钢铁材料接地网电偶的使用寿命。Hydrophilic environmental protection primer is synthesized using epoxy resin and poly alumi- num phosphate as raw materials, and exhibited a preferable corrosion protection and flame -retardant ca- pability. This new primer is applied to the research of corrosion protection of grounding grids in DC trans- mission. The results show that this new anticorrosion painting has advantages of simple construction, strong adhesion ,high temperature resistance, can be used to protect the couple of ground mat from corrosion caused by chemistry, electrochemistry and acid soil, and can prolong service life of the grounding grid gal- vanic of steel material.
