摘　　要：针对某矿直接顶裂隙发育、破碎,抗压强度低,底板软且大部分含有膨胀性粘土矿物,在受矿井水的影响下容易发生泥化膨胀,影响工作面安全高效快速推进问题。提出了顶板注浆、底板加固、机尾铺顶网开采、卧底留顶煤开采等措施,现场应用实现了松软破碎顶板和泥化底板条件下工作面的安全高效开采。In view of the immediate roof fracture, crushing, compressive strength is low, soft floor and most contain a swelling clay mineral,under the influence of the mine water prone to clay swelling, affect working face safe and efficient rapid advance. Proposed the roof grouting,floor strengthening, the tail roofing web mining, undercover for top-coal mining, field application has realized the loose and broken roof andmud floor under the condition of working face safe and efficient mining.
