摘 要:目的从住院患者和临床护士的不同视角出发,比较分析其对护患关系紧张的认知差异,为构建和谐护患关系提供合理化建议。方法 2015年1月25日到5月25日,便利抽样法选取山东省内6所三级甲等综合性医院内科、外科、妇产科、神经科住院患者300例、临床护士280名为研究对象。采用护患关系紧张认知的问卷分别对患者和护士进行问卷调查。结果患方认为,引起护患关系紧张的原因头三位是护士技术太差、医院追求利益、护士对患者冷漠。护方认为,引起护患关系紧张的原因头三位是新闻媒体误导、患者素质问题、患者期望过高。结论建议从患者和护士的不同视角,从医院、患者、新闻媒体等多个方面采取综合应对措施,构建和谐护患关系。Objective From different perspectives of inpatients and clinical nurses to compare and analyze cognitive differences in nurse-patient relationship, in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the construction of harmonious nurse-patient relationship. Methods By convenience sampling, 300 patients and 280 clinical nurses were selected and investigated by using nurse-patient relationship cognition questionnaire.Results Patients considered that the main reasons for the tension of nurse-patient relationship were the poor skills of nurses, pursuit of the profit of the hospital, nurses bad attitudes towards patients.Nurses believed that the main reasons were the the misleading by news media, patients own quality problem and patients' expectation was too high.Conclusion Take comprehensive countermeasures to build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship from the different perspectives of patients and nurses,and from the hosPital, patients, news media and other aspects.
