亚投行对人民币国际化的推动研究

摘　　要：通过研究美日欧主导的国际金融机构与货币国际化的关系发现,国际金融机构在推动、维护以及扩大美日欧货币国际化运转中承担了极为重要的角色,尤以国际货币基金组织和世界银行在维护巩固美元国际货币地位中发挥的作用最为显著.因此,亚投行的成立必将在人民币国际化道路上发挥强大助推功能.但基于亚投行成立的动因考量,其推动人民币国际化能动力目前来看相对有限.为了发挥亚投行在人民币国际化方面的作用,不仅要吸收欧美日的货币国际化经验,更要分步适时稳步推进,并借助中国国家经济的势能扩展亚投行人民币贷款项目审批范围,加强国际金融机构之间的合作,以亚投行和"一带一路"的中国制造能力共同在国际多边金融场合抬升人民币的国际地位.By analyzing the role played by the international financial institutions dominated by U.S.,Japan and Europe in the internationalization of their currencies,the papaer argued that the international financial institutions have played a significant role in driving,maintaining and promoting the internationalization of the three countries’ currencies.Among these institutions,the International Monetary Fund（IMF）and the World Bank（WB）have played a most evident role in maintaining and consolidating the international status of U.S.dollars.Consequently,the establishment of AIIB is bound to greatly promote the internationalization of RMB.However,by examining the incentive to establish AIIB,it has a relatively limited effect in driving the internationalization of RMB,facing a relatively complicated international environment.The game for interest among major countries has also weakened the role played by AIIB in the internationalization of RMB.Only when the dominant position of China in AIIB is gradually established in its operation and gradual improvement,the role played by AIIB in driving the internationalization of RMB will be enhanced gradually.AIIB’s international multilateral financial situations can also help establish the international status of RMB.
