摘  要:2012年上海市实施了小学兴趣化、中学多样化、高中专项化的学校体育课程改革,对体育师资的结构和条件提出了新的要求。以杨浦区为例,对该区中小学专业师资现状进行调查分析,指出其存在专业学科不对口、项目分布不平衡、总量不足等主要问题。提出聘任兼职教师的解决之道。认为,应该重新认识"体教结合"的重要意义,发掘体育系统与教育系统中六类优秀潜在师资,从制度上建立教育系统与体育系统的联动机制,有力推进中小学体育课程改革。In 2012,Shanghai began to carry out the reform of the school physical education curriculum with the orientation of sport interest in primary school,the diversification in junior high schools and the specialization in senior high school.And this has put forward strong professional requirements for physical education teachers.Taking Yangpu District as a case study,the author makes an investigation about the situation of teachers in middle and primary schools.It is pointed out that there are main problems such as lack of counterparts in professional disciplines,imbalanced event distribution and insufficient total amount.It is proposed to employ part-time teachers to solve the problem.It is noted that it is necessary to emphasize the importance of"combining sports and education",to explore the six types of excellent potential teachers in the sports system and education system,and to establish the linkage mechanism between the education system and the sports system based on the policy foundation,and to promote the reform of primary and secondary school physical education curriculum.
