补肾活血汤治疗冠心病患者的勃起功能障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评估补肾活血汤对冠心病患者勃起功能障碍（ED）的疗效。方法根据勃起功能国际指数调查表（IIEF-5）评分≤21分判断为ED。纳入56例慢性稳定性冠心病伴ED患者。根据IIEF-5评分进行配对，随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组。两组均按照相关指南接受冠心病二级预防药物治疗，治疗组还接受12周的补肾活血汤治疗。结果治疗组和对照组在年龄、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、应用药物等方面差异无统计学意义。两组治疗前IIEF-5评分中位数均为16，四分位数间距为5。第12周对照组IIEF-5评分中位数17．5，四分位数间距为5，较研究开始时有所提高（Z=-2．308，P=0．021）。第12周治疗组IIEF-5评分中位数为19，四分位数间距为5，较治疗前有提高（z=-3．997，P=0．000）。治疗组IIEF-5评分提高较对照组显著（Z=-2．744，P=0．006）。治疗组的治愈率为39．3％（11／28），对照组的治愈率为10．7％（3／28），治疗组优于对照组，两组的治愈率差异有统计学意义（X^2=6．095，P=0．039）。结论补肾活血汤治疗冠心病患者的ED有效。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on erectile dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods We studied 56 patients with stable coronary heart disease, in which the International Index of Erectile Function-5 test （IIEF-5） 〈 21 points. According to IIEF-5 score, the contrast group was established and then all the patients were randomly assigned to receive conventional western medicine （control group） or combination of western medicine with Bushen Huoxue Decoction （treatment group） for 12 weeks in paired data. We compared the IIEF-5 score between the two groups of patients in the end of the study. Results There was no difference between the treatment group and the control group in age, the morbidity of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia and drugs. The median IIEF-5 score of the two groups was 16 （5 in interquartile range）. After treatment, the median IIEF-5 score of the control group was 17.5 （5 in interquartile range）, which showed statistically significance from baseline （Z = -2.308, P = 0.021）. The median IIEF-5 score of the treatment group was 19 （5 in interquartile range）, which also showed statistically significance from baseline （Z = -3.997, P = 0.000）. At the end of 12 weeks, the median IIEF-5 score showed statistically significance between the two groups （Z = -2.744, P = 0.006）. The recovery rate in the treatment group was 39.3% （11/28）, and that of the control group was 10.7% （3/28） （X^2 = 0.096, P = 0.039）. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction is effective for erectile dysftmction （ED） in patients with coronary heart disease.
