摘 要:目的观察远程急救指导在院前急救中的应用效果。方法选择2016年院前急救病例2104例设为实验组,2015年院前急救病例2062例设为对照组。实验组在接到出诊任务后实施远程急救指导。两组患者在专业院前急救前有无给予处置措施的例数、有效措施例数及患者满意度比较。结果在专业急救前,对照组采取处置措施780(37.8%)例,实验组采取处置措施1796(85.4%)例;对照组有效措施265(34.0%)例,实验组有效措施1709(95.2%)例;对照组患者满意度81.0%,实验组患者满意度96.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论应用远程急救指导能及时的指导患者或家属给予有效的应急处置措施,为院前急救争取时间,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To observe the effect of remote first aid instruction in pre-hospital first aid. Methods 2 104 pre-hospital first-aid cases in 2016 were set as experimental group, and 2 062 pre-hospital first-aid cases in 2015 were set as control group. The experimental group carried out the long-distance emergency guidance after receiving the visiting task. The number of cases receiving disposal measures before the professional pre- hospital first aid, the number of effective cases, and the patients' satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results Before professional first aid, the control group took disposal measures for 780 cases (37.8%), the experimental group took disposal measures for 1 796 cases (85.4%); there were 265 cases (34.0%) of effective measures in the control group, 1 709 cases (95.2%) in the experimental group; the patients' satisfaction degree was 81.0% in the control group, and 96.0% in the experimental group; there were statistically significant differences (P〈O.O1). Conclusion The application of remote first aid guidance can timely instruct patients or relatives to give effective emergency treatment measures, to obtain the time for pre-hospital first aid and improve the patients' satisfaction degree.
