超级增粘树脂PF7001在胎肩垫胶中的应用研究

摘　　要：研究了国产超级增粘树脂PF7001对胎肩垫胶力学性能、动态力学性能以及自粘性的影响。结果表明,PF7001树脂的软化点高,灰分含量低,其它各项检测指标与Koresin树脂相当;使用PF7001树脂的胶料物理机械性能与使用Koresin树脂的胶料相当;使用PF7001树脂的胶料耐老化性能更好,动态力学性能更佳,但是其自粘性稍差。In this paper,effects of resin PF7001 on the physical mechanical properties,dynamic properties and tackiness of shoulder wedge were studied. The results showed： Compared with Koresion,soft point of PF7001 is higher,ash content is lower.physical mechanical properties of the compound by using Koresin of PF7001 are almost same. The aging resistance and dynamic properties of the the compound by using PF7001 are better. but tackiness is worse.
