“卓越计划”视角下高校考试制度改革研究——基于创新人才的培养

摘　　要：当前,我国大多数高校的考试制度与新形势下培养学生创新能力和实践能力的目标不相适应,特别是考试制度本身、制度执行者以及制度承受者三个层面制约了高校学生创新精神、实践能力的培养。高校考试制度改革应遵循科学性原则、发展性原则、主体性原则。高校考试制度改革应具有针对性,指导思想要明确、考试形式要多样化,并要创新考试内容,加强考试管理制度建设,提升教学管理者的素养,并逐步完善学分制。At present, the examination system in most of colleges in China doesn＇t adapt to the objectives of cul- tivating college students＇ innovation and practice abilities in the new situation, especially such three levels as the ex- amination system itself, the executives of the system and the targets of the system restricting the cultivation of college students＇ innovative spirit and practice ability. The reform of college examination system should follow the scientific principle, the developmental principle and the principle of subjectivity. The reform should be targeted with a clear guiding idea and a variety of forms in exam, innovate the exam contents, strengthen the construction of exam manage- ment system, improve the quality of teaching administrators and gradually perfect the credit system.
