高校科研管理的问题与对策

摘　　要：高校是我国科技创新的主力军,但其科研管理还存在一些问题,如管理队伍专业化不强,科研经费管理繁琐,科研项目重申报、轻结题,科研成果转换效率低下等。高校应重视科研管理工作和科研管理队伍建设,科学管理科研经费,建立跨行业、跨学科、联企业的高校科技成果转化管理平台,以及科技成果转化的长效机制,提高高校科研管理水平。Colleges and universities are the main force of technological innovation in our country, but the scien- tific research management still has some problems, such as professional management team is not strong, scientific re- search management, scientific research project reiterated to light the concluding, scientific research achievements con- version efficiency is low, etc. Colleges and universities should pay attention to scientific research management and the scientific research management team construction, scientific management of scientific research funds, establishing a cross-industry, interdisciplinary and transformation of scientific and technological achievements management platform for enterprise, establish long-term effective mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achieve- ments, and improve the level of scientific research management in colleges and universities.
