摘　　要：北斗卫星定位技术是我国自主研发的卫星定位技术,其应用产品北斗卫星导航系统是同类型的美国GPS和俄罗斯GLONASS。北斗卫星定位技术是空间信息系统的核心技术,在地理测绘、水利、救灾等方面具有重大意义,并在北京奥运会及汶川抗震中起到关键作用。经过深入研究北斗卫星定位技术,提出一种基于北斗卫星定位技术的只能交通车辆管理系统实现方案,并对其关键技术及组成结构进行详尽的描述。Beidou satellite positioning technology is China＇s independent research and development of satellite positioning technology, its application products Beidou satellite navigation system is the same type of US GPS and Russia GLONASS. Beidou satellite positioning technology is the core technology of spatial information system, in the geographical surveying, water conservancy, disaster relief and other aspects of great significance, and in the Beijing Olympic Games and Wenchuan earthquake played a key role. Based on the deep research of Beidou satellite positioning technology, puts forward a scheme of traffic vehicle management system based on Beidou satellite positioning technology, and describes the key technology and composition structure in detail.
