摘  要:在绿色制造中,切削用量的合理选择是关键因素,是提高产品绿色性能的有效手段。传统的切削用量选择往往依靠工人经验、切削试验或是查阅手册,这显然不符合绿色制造的要求。针对面向绿色制造的切削用量选择问题,本文综合考虑了加工时间(T)、生产成本(C)、资源消耗(R)、环境影响(E)四大目标,建立和分析了切削用量选择的决策模型和选择模型。采取模糊层次分析法和灰色关联分析法相结合对模型进行求解,同时以阶梯轴在加工过程中的切削用量选择为例,说明该优化模型的可行性。The reasonable choice of cutting quantity in manufacturing industry is the key to green manufacturing, and is an effective method to improve the green performance of products. The traditional choice of cutting parameters is often re- ly on the experience of workers, cutting test or inspection manual, which do not conform to the requirements of green manu- facturing. In order to solve the problem of cutting quantity selection for green manufacturing, the four goals of processing time ( T), production cost ( C), resource consumption (R) and environmental impact ( E ) were comprehensively consid- ered, the decision model and selection model of cutting quantity selection were established and analyzed. The method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis are used to solve the model. The feasibility of the optimization model is illustrated by the example of the cutting parameter selection of a stepped shaft in machining process.
