摘 要:为了验证吸风鼓罗拉集聚纺系统的集聚附加捻度,介绍了吸风鼓系统的加捻原理,对比环锭纺,测试了集聚纺11.7 tex和7.3 tex精梳纯棉纱的附加捻度,分析了纤维的集聚运动,探究了影响附加捻度的主要因素。结果表明:吸风鼓系统集聚区存在附加捻度,影响附加捻度的主要因素有纱线线密度、集聚负压、导流器形式。结果认为,吸风鼓系统在集聚纤维的过程中,有类似加捻效果,使所纺纱线的捻度提高。To test and verify additional twist of the suction drum system, the twisting principle of the suction drum system is briefly introduced. Compared with ring spinning, the additional twist of compact spinning 11.7 tex/7.3 tex combing cotton yarns is tested, the transverse moving of fibers in the condensing zone is analyzed, and the factors which affect additional twist of yarn are explored. The result shows that additional twist in suction drum system is confirmed, main factors which can affect additional twist are linear density, negative pressure and the type of air guide element. It is considered that during fiber compacting in condensing zone, the similar twisting effect can be observed, the twist of compact yarn can increase.
