阳离子明胶蛋白的复配助剂在棉织物双氧水漂白中的应用

摘  要:选用自制的阳离子明胶蛋白与金属蛋白配合物进行复配优化,通过正交试验和单因素试验相结合的方式,以织物的白度、毛效和染色深度K/S值为测试指标,探讨了复配助剂应用在棉织物双氧水漂白中的较优工艺。测试结果显示:在棉织物漂白改性的过程中,试验温度、试验时间、NaOH质量浓度和复配助剂的质量浓度对过氧化氢的漂白效果都有影响,且影响的显著性各不相同。综合对比得到复配助剂在棉织物漂白改性中的较优工艺条件为:复配助剂质量浓度5 g/L,双氧水10 mL/L,精练剂0.2%(omf),JFC 1 g/L,70℃温度下漂白20 min后,加入4 g/L的Na_2SiO_3和3 g/L的氢氧化钠,继续漂白40 min。The application of the complex agent of self-made metal cationic gelatin protein and metal protein complexes is carried out on cotton peroxide bleaching, and the process is optimized by orthogonal experiment and single factor test with whiteness, capillary effect and dyeing depth K/S value as indicators. The results show that in cotton bleaching with the new complex agent, temperature, time and concentration of compound additive and NaOH have an impact on the bleaching effect, and their significance of impact are different. The optimum process is additives compound 5 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 10 mL/L, scouring agent 0.2% (omf) , JFC 1 g/L, bleaching at 70℃ for 20 min, and continue bleaching for another 40 rain after an addition of 4 g/L Na2SiO3 and 3 g/L of sodium hydroxide.
