摘  要:废旧涤棉混纺织物中,涤纶和棉纤维的混纺形式以及两者的性能差异,使得混纺织物分离回收较为困难。采用水热法分离回收废旧涤棉混纺织物,研究了水热温度、反应时间、盐酸质量分数对分离过程的影响,并对水热反应后产物的物化性能进行了表征。结果表明:在盐酸浓度1%、水热温度140℃、反应时间2.5 h的条件下,涤棉织物分离效果最好。回收的棉纤维产物为固态纤维素或低聚糖;涤纶物化性能无明显损失,且回收率可达90%以上。废旧涤棉混纺织物经水热反应后分离回收产物的附加价值较高,应用广泛。The performance difference between polyester and cotton in waste polyester-cotton blended textile and blended form make the recycling process complex, high energy consumption and difficult for product separation and so on. Hydrothermal method is used for separation of polyester and cotton in blended fabric. The influence of water temperature, reaction time and catalyst is studied, along with the characterization of the reaction products. The results indicate that the optimum hydrothermal process condition is HCL concentration of 0.5%, hydrothermal temperature of 140℃, and reacting time of 2 h. The dissolved cotton could be turned to be solid cellulose or oligosaccharide. The residual yarn is polyester whose performance has no significant change can be recycled more than 90%. The product of waste polyester/ cotton blend fabrics after hydrothermal reaction has higher value and wide application.
