基于圈圈纱的纺织装饰品设计

摘　　要：针对原料多元化、结构复合化、品种各异化的纺织品现状,提出了采用圈圈纱手工制作产品的方案,在YCHN303型花式捻线机上以涤纶长丝为芯纱、涤纶粗纱为饰纱、涤纶长丝为固结纱纺制圈圈纱,通过"半结"的打结方法进行手工编织,创新设计了围巾、吊坠,粘贴了装饰画。结果表明,圈圈纱设计的纺织装饰品风格独特,达到了预期的设计要求,具有较高的实际应用价值。Based on the textile development with diversified materials, composite materials, and other different kinds, an idea of using loop yarn to produce handmade products is put forward. On a YCHN303 type novelty twister, the loop yarn is made using PFY （polyester filament yarn） as the core yarn, roving polyester as a decorative yarn and PFY （ polyester filament yarn） as the binder. Then hand-knitting is made by utilizing the tying technique of ＂half-hitch＂. The scarfs, pendants, and decorative painting are innovatively designed. The results show that textile decorative fabric designed with loop yarn is in a unique style. The plan can deliver the expected design requirement. The method has relatively high actual application value.
