摘  要:服装接缝质量对服装产品的质量起着举足轻重的作用,接缝质量包括接缝力学性能和外观质量,服装缝型及其线迹质量决定接缝质量。对常用的缝型种类及其容易产生的线迹缺陷进行了接缝力学性能研究。研究结果表明:不同缝型及其线迹缺陷对接缝断裂强力的影响较大,对接缝断裂伸长率影响相对较小;线迹缺陷会导致接缝强力降低,并影响接缝外观质量;缝型布料层数增加,线迹行数增加,则接缝强力增加。The seam quality, including mechanical properties and appearance quality of seams, plays an important role in the quality of garment products, which are determined by the seam types and the quality of the stitches. The mechanical properties of frequently used seam types and common stitch defects are studied. The results show that different seam types and stitch defects have great influence on the seam fracture strength, whereas have little effect on the seam break elongation. Stitch defects generally lead to reduce seam strength and affect the appearance quality of seams. Seam strength increases with the layers of seamed fabrics and the rows of stitches, but the effect is limited due to the nonsynchronous breaking of stitches.
