摘　　要：介绍福建湄洲湾氯碱工业有限公司液氯生产装置运用本质安全策略,进行一系列自动化改造和技术改造措施,提高液氯生产、储存设施本质安全水平。具体措施包括:(1)采用液氯磁力泵工艺代替釜式汽化充装工艺;(2)增设氯气泄漏密闭处理系统;(3)落实化工安全仪表安全措施;(4)降低液氯生产、储存过程中的滞留量和储存量。Meizhouwan Chlor - Alkali Industry Co. Ltd. took a series of measures to automatically and technologically transform liquid chlorine production plant according to intrinsic safety strategy. Through these measures, the intrinsic safety level of the production and storage facilities of liquid chlorine has been improved. The measures included：① liquid chlorine magnetic pump technology was adopted to replace kettle vaporization filling process; ② a closed treatment system for chlorine leakage was added; ③ safety measures for chemical safety instruments were implemented; ④ the holdup volume and storage volume of liquid chlorine in the process of production and storage were reduced.
