摘 要:在现有工艺无法达到更好冷凝效果的情况下,提出了甲烷氯化物生产中降低硫酸消耗的方法:仅增加一根管道,即可降低进入硫酸干燥塔的中间产品一氯甲烷气体的温度,从而达到降低硫酸消耗的目的。分析了该方法的可行性,并对效益进行了评估。In the case that the existing process could not achieve better condensation effect, a method for reducing sulfuric acid consumption in the production of methyl chloride was proposed : just adding one pipe. By the method the temperature of intermediate product methane chloride gas entering sulfuric acid drying tower could be reduced, and thus the purpose of reducing sulfuric acid consumption was achieved. The feasibility of the method was analyzed, and the benefits were evaluated.
